Our service department is available 24 hours
/ 7 days a week. Our in-house technicians
and network of certified sub-contractors
provide professional service nationwide for
All Nortel Networks and AVAYA Key Systems
and PBX's.
Nexxtworks can dispatch a contractor
to perform moves/adds/changes,
system programming, and system cabling
within 2-4 business days of your request. We
also offer emergency service for customers
with a down switch, voicemail or other
critical service issue, within 2-4 hours of
notification. |

maintenance services. In addition to
standard service calls, Nexxtworks also
offers yearly maintenance contracts. Our
maintenance contracts are fully customized

ORDER TRACKING
All of our maintenance customers receive
access to our Real-Time Web-Based Interface.
Once enrolled, your company will be provided
with a
username and password that grants you full access
to our service department
database. The interface allows customers to
submit work orders, trouble tickets, and
follow the progression of every ticket from
scheduling to completion. Customer can also
view job notes,
sort tickets by location, date and/or
contact information. |
